Country Hash

Ingredients
- 3 skinless boneless chicken breasts
- 4 center-cut pork chops
- 1 12 lb boneless stew beef
- 1 medium onion
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 12 stick butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine meats in one boiler
- Cook until done
- Cool for 15 to 20 minutes then chop
- Add vinegar butter and onion
- Reheat for 15 minutes
- Serve over rice
- Makes 6 to 8 servings
