Country Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 12 c flour
- 2 tsp baking flour
- 12 c sugar
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 c shortening margarine or butter
- 1 egg
- 12 c milk
Directions
- Sift flour and baking powder
- Add remaining ingredients mix until lumps disappear
- Pour into greased muffin pan or into cupcake papers in muffin pan
- Bake at 400 for 18 to 20 minutes Makes 12
