Country Ribs(Very Good)

Ingredients

  • 3 lb. pork country-style ribs
  • 3/4 c. chili sauce
  • 1/2 c. grape jelly
  • 1 Tbsp. dry red wine (optional)
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard

Directions

  1. Cut pork ribs into serving pieces.
  2. Arrange, meaty side up, in ungreased pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inch.
  3. Cover and bake in 325° oven until tender, about 2 hours; drain.
  4. Heat remaining ingredients, stirring occasionally, until jelly is dissolved.
  5. Pour over pork.
