Country Sausage

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey or lean ground pork
- 12 c breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp parsley finely chopped
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp sage
- 12 tsp marjoram
- 12 tsp salt
- ground black pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp safflower oil
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except oil and pat mixture into 8 small cakes
- Heat oil in large skillet and fry cakes about 20 minutes turning until brown and crisp on both sides
- Serves 4
