Country Sausage Au Gratin

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Polish sausage
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 pkg au gratin potatoes
  • 2 12 c hot water
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 carrots cut in strips
  • 1 pkg frozen or fresh broccoli
  • 1 c shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Cook and stir onions in oil for 5 minutes
  2. Stir in the potatoes sauce and water
  3. Reduce heat and cook 10 minutes
  4. Cook the carrots and broccoli add to potatoes
  5. Slice the sausage and add heating everything together until good and warm
  6. Add the cheese on top before serving
