Country Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 12 lb round steak 34-inch thick
  • 2 Tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 14 c water

Directions

  1. Pound steak
  2. Cut into serving size pieces
  3. In skillet brown steak in oil
  4. Pour off fat
  5. Stir in soup and water
  6. Cover and simmer 1 12 hours or until done
  7. Stir often
  8. Makes 4 to 6 servings
