Country Steak

Ingredients
- 1 12 lb round steak 34-inch thick
- 2 Tbsp cooking oil
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 14 c water
Directions
- Pound steak
- Cut into serving size pieces
- In skillet brown steak in oil
- Pour off fat
- Stir in soup and water
- Cover and simmer 1 12 hours or until done
- Stir often
- Makes 4 to 6 servings
