Country Style Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz pkg stroganoff egg noodles
- 12 c butter
- 13 c flour
- 14 c pimentos
- 12 tsp pepper
- 2 c cut up cooked chicken
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 c milk
- 2 tsp salt
- 13 c Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Cook noodles drain
- In a large skillet melt butter then blend in flour over medium heat
- Gradually add broth milk pimentos salt and pepper
- Bring to boiling point then simmer stirring constantly until sauce is thickened about 5 minutes Grease a 2 12-quart casserole
- Combine noodles chicken and sauce
- Top with cheese
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350
