Country Style Homemade Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 12 c sugar
- approximately 5 c milk
- 4 c whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp vanilla
- 14 tsp salt
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl beat eggs until foamy
- Gradually add sugar beat until thickened
- Add whipping cream vanilla and salt mix thoroughly
- Pour into the can of a 4-quart ice cream churn Add milk to the fill line and stir
- Freeze as manufacturer of the churn suggests
- Makes 4 quarts
