Country Style Homemade Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 2 12 c sugar
• approximately 5 c milk
• 4 c whipping cream
• 2 Tbsp vanilla
• 14 tsp salt

Directions

1. In a large mixing bowl beat eggs until foamy
2. Gradually add sugar beat until thickened
3. Add whipping cream vanilla and salt mix thoroughly
4. Pour into the can of a 4-quart ice cream churn Add milk to the fill line and stir
5. Freeze as manufacturer of the churn suggests
6. Makes 4 quarts
