Country Weekend Chowder

Ingredients
- 1 can Campbells cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Campbells chicken broth
- 1 34 c water
- 2 c cubed peeled potatoes
- 1 16 oz pkg frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 c cubed cooked chicken
- 14 c diced sweet red or green pepper
- 14 tsp curry powder
Directions
- In a saucepan stir soup
- Gradually stir in broth and water Heat to boiling and add potatoes Boil 5 minutes
- Add remaining ingredients
- Reduce heat to low
- Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until vegetables are done
- Makes about 8 12 cups or 6 servings Recipe may be doubled
