Country Weekend Chowder

Ingredients

  • 1 can Campbells cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Campbells chicken broth
  • 1 34 c water
  • 2 c cubed peeled potatoes
  • 1 16 oz pkg frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 c cubed cooked chicken
  • 14 c diced sweet red or green pepper
  • 14 tsp curry powder

Directions

  1. In a saucepan stir soup
  2. Gradually stir in broth and water Heat to boiling and add potatoes Boil 5 minutes
  3. Add remaining ingredients
  4. Reduce heat to low
  5. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until vegetables are done
  6. Makes about 8 12 cups or 6 servings Recipe may be doubled
