Crab And Broccoli Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb imitation crab
- 2 to 2 12 lb broccoli cut in 2-inch pieces
- 12 lb sliced mushrooms
- 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Directions
- Cook broccoli in salted water until its slightly soft Drain
- Place broccoli in a greased medium-sized casserole dish Cook and stir cream of mushroom soup until smooth
- Add crab meat and mushrooms
- Stir
- Pour sauce over broccoli
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
- Remove from oven sprinkle cheese and bake for another five minutes
- Serves 4 to 5
