Crab And Pepper Hash
Ingredients
- 14 c margarine 12 stick
- 14 c chopped green onion
- 1 large red bell pepper chopped
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 12 tsp garlic salt
- 12 tsp pepper
- 1 12 lb small red potatoes cooked and cut into fourths
- 1 12 oz pkg frozen crabmeat thawed drained and cartilage removed or salad style imitation crabmeat thawed
Directions
- Heat margarine in a 10-inch skillet until melted
- Cook onion bell pepper and garlic in margarine over medium heat stirring in remaining ingredients
- Cook about 5 minutes stirring frequently until hot
- Makes 8 servings
