Crab And Pepper Hash

Ingredients

  • 14 c margarine 12 stick
  • 14 c chopped green onion
  • 1 large red bell pepper chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 12 tsp garlic salt
  • 12 tsp pepper
  • 1 12 lb small red potatoes cooked and cut into fourths
  • 1 12 oz pkg frozen crabmeat thawed drained and cartilage removed or salad style imitation crabmeat thawed

Directions

  1. Heat margarine in a 10-inch skillet until melted
  2. Cook onion bell pepper and garlic in margarine over medium heat stirring in remaining ingredients
  3. Cook about 5 minutes stirring frequently until hot
  4. Makes 8 servings
