Crab Au Gratin Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 b special crab meat fresh no shells
  • 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 34 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 13 c mayonnaise
  • paprika

Directions

  1. Pick carefully through the crab for pieces of shell Blend the cream cheese mustard Worcestershire sauce and mayo until smooth Fold in the crab
  2. Spread in a 9-inch Pyrex pie plate
  3. Sprinkle lightly with paprika
  4. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes until browned and bubbly
  5. Serve over crackers
