Crab Boats

Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon
- 14 lb or 1 3 oz can sliced mushrooms
- 12 c chopped onion
- 1 c grated Swiss cheese
- 13 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 12 c mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 12 tsp garlic Season-All
- 1 c crab or shrimp
Directions
- Cook bacon drain and chop
- Saute mushrooms and onion in bacon fat
- Cool
- Mix crab with remaining ingredients and then with bacon
- Spread on French bread
- Sprinkle with cayenne or paprika
- Bake at 400 for 15 minutes
