Ingredients

  • 1 12 lb crab meat
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 Tbsp parsley
  • 4 slices bread cubed
  • 12 c mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 to 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 beaten egg
  • hot sauce to taste

Directions

  1. Saute onions and parsley until soft in margarine drain
  2. Mix well with rest of ingredients Form in cakes and dust with flour Fry in small amount of hot oil
