Crab Cake

Ingredients
- 1 12 lb crab meat
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 4 slices bread cubed
- 12 c mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 to 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 beaten egg
- hot sauce to taste
Directions
- Saute onions and parsley until soft in margarine drain
- Mix well with rest of ingredients Form in cakes and dust with flour Fry in small amount of hot oil
