Crab Cake Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb jumbo crabmeat cleaned
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 slices bread cubed and moistened with milk
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Louisiana hot sauce
- 1 small onion diced
- 1 c mayonnaise enough to moisten
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice or lime juice
- salt pepper and parsley to taste
- breadcrumbs for top
- grated cheese for top
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except breadcrumbs and cheese in 1 12-quart baking dish sprinkle with breadcrumbs and grated cheese
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 or until lightly browned and cheese has melted
