Crab Cake Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb jumbo crabmeat cleaned
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 slices bread cubed and moistened with milk
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Louisiana hot sauce
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 c mayonnaise enough to moisten
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice or lime juice
  • salt pepper and parsley to taste
  • breadcrumbs for top
  • grated cheese for top

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except breadcrumbs and cheese in 1 12-quart baking dish sprinkle with breadcrumbs and grated cheese
  2. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 or until lightly browned and cheese has melted
