Crab Cakes
Ingredients
- 2 lb crabmeat
- 12 c diced celery
- 12 tsp mustard
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire
- 12 tsp parsley flakes
- 2 Tbsp Old Bay seasoning
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 eggs
- 2 pkg saltine crackers
- cracker meal
Directions
- Break up saltines
- Mix all other ingredients except cracker meal
- Let stand until crackers are moist
- Add crabmeat roll in cracker meal
- Makes about 2 12 dozen medium crab cakes
- Let stand in refrigerator at least an hour before frying
