Crab Cakes

Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked crab meat
- 12 tsp dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 egg beaten
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- dash of cayenne pepper
- dry bread crumbs
- 1 slice bread wet squeezed out and crumpled
Directions
- Combine crab meat mustard mayonnaise egg salt Worcestershire cayenne and bread
- Shape into 8 cakes
- Roll in bread crumbs
- Cook in oil over moderate heat until brown on one side
- Turn carefully and brown the other side
