Crab Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked crab meat
  • 12 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • dry bread crumbs
  • 1 slice bread wet squeezed out and crumpled

Directions

  1. Combine crab meat mustard mayonnaise egg salt Worcestershire cayenne and bread
  2. Shape into 8 cakes
  3. Roll in bread crumbs
  4. Cook in oil over moderate heat until brown on one side
  5. Turn carefully and brown the other side
