Crab Cakes Canton
Ingredients
- 7 oz imitation crab meat
- 1 12 c fresh bread crumbs
- 14 thinly sliced green onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 2 egg whites beaten
- 1 Tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 2 tsp vegetable sauce
- sweet and sour sauce optional
Directions
- Combine crab meat bread crumbs garlic and ginger in bowl Mix well
- Add egg white and teriyaki sauce mix well
- Shape into patties about 12-inch thick and 2-inch in diameter
- Heat 1 teaspoon oil into large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot
- Add crab cakes to hot oil
- Cook 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown
