Crab Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh crab meat
- 1 stack saltine crackers
- 1 raw egg
- 2 pieces celery
- 1 small bell pepper
- 1 bunch green onion
- 3 pieces cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- salt to taste
- 1 12 tsp McCormick seafood seasoning this is hot so use with care
Directions
- Chop
- and
- saute
- celery onion garlic and pepper in a small amount
- of
- oil
- Put
- crackers in a bowl and cover them with water
- When
- they are soaked take them out and squeeze out
- as much
- water as you can
- Mix together all ingredients and
- season to taste with salt and seafood seasoning
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour
