Crab Critter Fritters
Ingredients
- 12 lb crab meat
- 1 egg
- 14 c beer
- 1 c Bisquick
- juice from 1 lemon
- 18 tsp garlic salt
- 14 tsp salt
- 12 tsp parsley flakes
- 12 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- oil for frying
Directions
- Removebone
- from crab
- In mixing bowl beat egg beer and stir
- in BisquickAdd remaining ingredients and gently stir
- in crab
- In heavy skillet heat 2 or 3 inches oil
- Drop batter
- into hot
- oil about 2 tablespoons for each fritter fry
- until golden
- brown
- Drain
- on paper towel
- Serve with cocktail sauce
