Crab Delight Fettuccine

Ingredients

• 6 oz fettuccine
• 14 c butter
• 2 garlic cloves chopped fine
• 1 c half and half
• 1 8 oz pkg Crab Delight flakes or chunks
• 12 c Parmesan cheese
• 18 tsp black pepper

Directions

1. Cook fettuccine according to package directions
2. Drain
3. Heat butter and garlic in skillet on medium until garlic is lightly brown
4. Add half and half Crab Delight and pepper
5. Heat about 3 minutes or until mixture just begins to bubble stirring occasionally
6. Add Parmesan cheese
7. Stir 1 minute longer
8. Remove from heat
9. Toss Crab Delight save with fettuccine
10. Serve immediately with Parmesan cheese if desired
11. Makes 4 servings
