Crab Delight Spread

Ingredients

• 1 envelope Knox gelatine
• 3 Tbsp water
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 c mayonnaise
• 8 oz cream cheese softened
• 1 c chopped celery
• 1 finely chopped onion
• 1 can crab meat

Directions

1. Dissolve Knox gelatine in water
2. Warm cream of mushroom soup and mix with the dissolved gelatin
3. Add the remaining ingredients and stir
4. Pour into 1 quart mold
