Crab Fondue

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1 c chicken broth
  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 14 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 6 oz crab and shrimp meat
  • 14 c sherry
  • 1 tsp minced onion
  • 2 drops Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Heat together butter with flour until blended
  2. Add chicken broth cook until thick
  3. Add remaining ingredients
  4. Serve with cubed French bread or raw vegetables
