Crab Meat-Bacon Rolls

Ingredients
- saltpepper
- 1 egg well beaten
- 1 c dry bread crumbs
- 12 slices bacon cut in half
- 1 6 12 oz can crab meat flaked
- 12 tsp parsley
- 12 c tomato juice
- 12 tsp chopped celery leaves
Directions
- Mix tomato juice and egg
- Add crumbs seasonings parsley celery leaves and crab meat
- Mix and roll into finger lengths Wrap each roll with 12 slice bacon
- Fasten with toothpick Broil turning to brown evenly
- Makes 2 dozen
