Crab Meat-Bacon Rolls

Ingredients

• saltpepper
• 1 egg well beaten
• 1 c dry bread crumbs
• 12 slices bacon cut in half
• 1 6 12 oz can crab meat flaked
• 12 tsp parsley
• 12 c tomato juice
• 12 tsp chopped celery leaves

Directions

1. Mix tomato juice and egg
2. Add crumbs seasonings parsley celery leaves and crab meat
3. Mix and roll into finger lengths Wrap each roll with 12 slice bacon
4. Fasten with toothpick Broil turning to brown evenly
5. Makes 2 dozen
