Crab Meat Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 stick margarine
• 4 Tbsp flour
• 12 c milk
• 1 lb crab meat
• 12 tsp salt
• 12 tsp pepper
• 2 4 oz cans drained sliced mushrooms
• 2 c half and half
• 2 oz Parmesan cheese
• 1 4 oz can pimiento

Directions

1. Make a basic white sauce using the first 3 ingredients and pour into casserole dish top with bread crumbs
2. Warm slowly in 350 oven
3. Serve over rice
4. Serves 6 to 8
