Crab Meat Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 12 c milk
- 1 lb crab meat
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp pepper
- 2 4 oz cans drained sliced mushrooms
- 2 c half and half
- 2 oz Parmesan cheese
- 1 4 oz can pimiento
Directions
- Make a basic white sauce using the first 3 ingredients and pour into casserole dish top with bread crumbs
- Warm slowly in 350 oven
- Serve over rice
- Serves 6 to 8
