Crab Meat Surimi Au Gratin
Ingredients
- 5 Tbsp butter
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 1 c milk
- 1 c chicken bouillon
- 1 egg well beaten
- 3 Tbsp sherry
- dash of Tabasco
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 lb lump crab meat
- 1 c grated Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Make a white sauce
- Add bouillon and egg
- Cook for 1 minute stirring constantly
- Remove from heat
- Add wine Tabasco sauce Worcestershire sauce salt and pepper
- Add broken up crab meat to the sauce and pour into a 1 12-quart casserole
- Sprinkle with cheese
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 minutes
- Serves 6
