Crab Newburg

Ingredients
- 4 lb of crab meat flaked or 2 lb of crab meat and 2 lb of shrimp
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 2 cans cream of shrimp soup
- 14 c minced onions
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 c sour cream
- 2 Tbsp tomato puree or paste
- 12 pint of half and half 12 cup
- 1 rounded Tbsp Old bay seasoning or 12 Tbsp of Tony Chacheres or more to taste
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients except crab
- Then add crab meat and cook on stovetop until hot Serve over rice
