Crab Shala
Ingredients
- 2 lb crab claws
- 1 c crab meat lump
- 12 c crab claw meat
- 12 c shrimp
- 1 large onion finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 12 lb whitefish fillet
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 4 Tbsp cornstarch
- 12 c water
- 1 12 c clam juice
- salt to taste
- 1 Tbsp white pepper
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
Directions
- Melt butter in saucepan
- Add onion cook over low heat for 4 minutes stirring frequently
- Stir the cornstarch into the skillet cook 3 minutes more
- Add water clam juice and seasonings slowly cook for 5 minutes
- Add crab meat shrimp fish and crab claws cook until heated through about 20 minutes on low heat
