Crab Soup

Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 1 qt milk
- 18 tsp pepper
- 12 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 c white crab meat
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 18 tsp mace
- 12 tsp salt
Directions
- Melt butter in top of double boiler blend in flour until smooth
- Gradually add milk stirring constantly
- Add crab meat and seasonings
- Cook slowly over hot water for 20 minutes Sprinkle with parsley or paprika
- Serves 4 to 6
