Crab Stuffed Mushroom Strudels
Ingredients
- 20 even-sized mushrooms
- 14 lb crabmeat
- 1 tsp finely chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp Italian bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp finely chopped celery
- 8 sheets phyllo filo pastry
- 1 stick butter
- 1 egg beaten
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Grease baking sheet
- In bowl mix crabmeat onion egg celery and bread crumbs
- Remove stems from mushrooms and finely chop
- Add to crabmeat mixture
- Fill each mushroom and place on baking sheet
- Bake for 5 minutes to remove water from mushrooms
