Crab Stuffed Mushroom Strudels

Ingredients

  • 20 even-sized mushrooms
  • 14 lb crabmeat
  • 1 tsp finely chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp finely chopped celery
  • 8 sheets phyllo filo pastry
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 egg beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Grease baking sheet
  3. In bowl mix crabmeat onion egg celery and bread crumbs
  4. Remove stems from mushrooms and finely chop
  5. Add to crabmeat mixture
  6. Fill each mushroom and place on baking sheet
  7. Bake for 5 minutes to remove water from mushrooms
