Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1 lb or more large fresh mushrooms
- 1 7 oz can crab meat
- 1 c grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 12 c mayonnaise
- 12 c crushed Ritz crackers
- Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Remove stems from mushrooms and wash carefully
- Save stems for another dish
- Combine drained crab meat and grated sharp cheese
- Add mayonnaise and mix well with a fork
- Stuff this mixture into each mushroom cap
- Sprinkle each with crushed crackers
- Bake for 10 minutes in 350 oven
- Then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and run under the broiler until they bubble Serves 8
