Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1 large pkg mushrooms
- 4 oz Aloutte garlic and herb cheese or other flavored cream cheese
- 6 oz pkg imitation crabmeat
Directions
- Clean mushrooms and remove stems
- Flake crabmeat and mix it into the cream cheese
- Fill mushroom caps with the crab mixture and bake at 375 for 12 to 15 minutes
- Great appetizers for parties
