Crab Stuffed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 4 medium Idaho potatoes baked
- 1 6 12 oz can crabmeat or 12 lb fresh crab
- 12 lb butter melted with 12 c milk
- 4 tsp grated onion
- 1 c sharp Cheddar cheese grated
- 12 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
Directions
- Cut baked potatoes lengthwise
- Scoop out potatoes and save the skins
- Beat the potatoes with all ingredients except crab and paprika
- Fold in crab meat
- Refill potato shells and sprinkle with paprika
- Heat about 15 to 20 minutes in a 350 oven before serving
- Grated cheese may be sprinkled on top
- Very good
