Crab Stuffed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 medium Idaho potatoes baked
  • 1 6 12 oz can crabmeat or 12 lb fresh crab
  • 12 lb butter melted with 12 c milk
  • 4 tsp grated onion
  • 1 c sharp Cheddar cheese grated
  • 12 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cut baked potatoes lengthwise
  2. Scoop out potatoes and save the skins
  3. Beat the potatoes with all ingredients except crab and paprika
  4. Fold in crab meat
  5. Refill potato shells and sprinkle with paprika
  6. Heat about 15 to 20 minutes in a 350 oven before serving
  7. Grated cheese may be sprinkled on top
  8. Very good
