Crabmeat-Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz pkg elbow macaroni
  • 1 c crabmeat
  • 12 c shredded cabbage or 1 c carrots
  • 1 c diced cucumber
  • 1 c celery diced
  • 14 c onions thinly sliced or chopped
  • 12 c green pepper thinly sliced or chopped
  • 1 small jar pimento cut into strips
  • 3 hard-cooked eggs sliced
  • salt and pepper
  • mayonnaise or salad dressing

Directions

  1. Boil the macaroni fast as directed on package
  2. Drain and chill
  3. Flake the crabmeat combine with macaroni cabbage or carrots cucumber celery onions green pepper pimento and eggs Season to taste with salt and pepper
  4. Mix with mayonnaise or salad dressing
  5. Garnish with thin slices of tomatoes and radishes
  6. Chill for at least 12 hour
  7. Serves 6
