Crabmeat-Macaroni Salad
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz pkg elbow macaroni
- 1 c crabmeat
- 12 c shredded cabbage or 1 c carrots
- 1 c diced cucumber
- 1 c celery diced
- 14 c onions thinly sliced or chopped
- 12 c green pepper thinly sliced or chopped
- 1 small jar pimento cut into strips
- 3 hard-cooked eggs sliced
- salt and pepper
- mayonnaise or salad dressing
Directions
- Boil the macaroni fast as directed on package
- Drain and chill
- Flake the crabmeat combine with macaroni cabbage or carrots cucumber celery onions green pepper pimento and eggs Season to taste with salt and pepper
- Mix with mayonnaise or salad dressing
- Garnish with thin slices of tomatoes and radishes
- Chill for at least 12 hour
- Serves 6
