Crabmeat Au Gratin

Ingredients
- 1 lb crab meat
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp minced onion
- 3 scant Tbsp flour
- 1 12 c canned milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp dry Gallo sherry
Directions
- Cook butter and onion until tender
- Add flour until mixed well
- Add milk salt and pepper and cook until thickens a little Add sherry and crab meat
