Crabmeat Au Gratin

Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp minced onion
  • 3 scant Tbsp flour
  • 1 12 c canned milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp dry Gallo sherry

Directions

  1. Cook butter and onion until tender
  2. Add flour until mixed well
  3. Add milk salt and pepper and cook until thickens a little Add sherry and crab meat
