Crabmeat Cakes

Ingredients
- 1 lb crabmeat
- 1 c extra rich milk
- 1 c fresh bread crumbs
- 12 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1 egg
- cracker meal
- deep fat
Directions
- Mix ingredients well
- Make 8 individual patties and roll in cracker meal
- Fry in deep fat until golden brown
