Crabmeat Quiche
Ingredients
- 1 c grated Swiss or Cheddar cheese
- 12 c sour cream
- 12 c mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 12 c chopped onion
- 1 c crabmeat cooked or canned
- 1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Bake pastry shell 5 minutes
- Mix ingredients pour into pastry shell
- Bake 45 minutes
- Let stand 10 to 12 minutes until firm before cutting into wedges
- Serves 6 to 8
