Crabmeat Quiche

Ingredients
- 1 9-inch pie shell unbaked
- 12 c mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 2 eggs beaten
- 12 c milk
- 1 c crabmeat or 1 7 12 oz can crabmeat drained
- 1 8 oz pkg shredded Swiss cheese
Directions
- Combine mayonnaise flour milk and beaten eggs stir until well blended
- Then add remaining ingredients
- Pour into the pie shell and bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes
