Crabmeat Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 9-inch pie shell unbaked
  • 12 c mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 12 c milk
  • 1 c crabmeat or 1 7 12 oz can crabmeat drained
  • 1 8 oz pkg shredded Swiss cheese

Directions

  1. Combine mayonnaise flour milk and beaten eggs stir until well blended
  2. Then add remaining ingredients
  3. Pour into the pie shell and bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes
