Crabmeat Supreme
Ingredients
- 1 flat can 6 oz crabmeat with juice
- 1 flat can tuna drained
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup undiluted
- 3 c sharp Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 12 c mayonnaise
- 12 c chopped olives add just before serving
- dash of red pepper
Directions
- Melt cheese and margarine in double boiler
- I prefer crock-pot
- Add other ingredients and let simmer
- Seafood flavor increases as it simmers
- Add olives at serving time Serve in patty shells over toast points rice or noodles
- Serves 12
