Cracker Dessert
Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 34 c sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 20 Ritz crackers finely crushed
- 34 c nuts finely chopped
- 1 tsp vanilla
- sliced peaches fresh if possible
- whipped cream
Directions
- Beat egg whites until stiff
- adding sugar gradually
- Beat in baking powder
- Fold in crackers
- nuts and vanilla
- Spread in greased 9 inch pie plate
- Bake 40 minutes at 300
- When cool top with peach slices and whipped cream
