Cracker Jacks

Ingredients
- 2 c brown sugar
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 c Karo
- 1 c raw peanuts shelled
- 12 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 gal popped corn
Directions
- Boil first 4 ingredients for 5 minutes
- Remove from heat Add soda and vanilla
- Stir
- Place corn onto cookie sheet
- Pour mixture over corn
- Bake at 250 for 1 hour
- Cool on wax paper Break into pieces
- Will keep 2 weeks in airtight container
