Cracker Pie
Ingredients
- 3 egg whites beaten until fluffy
- 12 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 c sugar
- 16 saltine crackers
- 1 c chopped nuts
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 12 pt whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp pineapple preserves
Directions
- Whip the cream and add sugar and preserves
- Put mixture into pie crust sprinkle top with coconut and refrigerate
