Cracklin Cornbread

Ingredients

• 12 c flour
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 c buttermilk
• 1 egg
• 2 c corn meal
• 1 c cracklins

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients adding cracklins last
2. Pour in to a sizzling hot pan and bake for 30 minutes at 450
