Cranberry-Apple Mold

Ingredients
- 1 3 oz pkg raspberry Jell-O
- 34 c boiling water
- 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple drained
- 1 16 oz can whole cranberry sauce
- 1 red apple unpeeled coarsely grated
- 1 Tbsp grated orange rind
- 18 tsp salt
- 18 tsp cinnamon
- dash of cloves
Directions
- Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water and let cool
- Stir in next 7 ingredients and spoon into lightly oiled 4-cup mold
- Cover and chill until firm
- Unmold on lettuce leaves and garnish with fresh cranberries and orange rind strips if desired
