Cranberry-Pear Pie

Ingredients
- 4 medium pears Bosc Bartlett or Anjou
- 1 c sugar
- 14 c all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp finely shredded orange peel
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 c cranberries
- pastry for double crust pie
- 1 Tbsp margarine or butter cut up
Directions
- Peel core and slice pears approximately 5 cups In mixing bowl combine sugar flour orange peel and cinnamon
- Add pears and cranberries toss to coat
- Set aside
