Cranberry And Orange Salad Mold

Ingredients

• 1 3 oz pkg black cherry jello
• 1 c hot water
• 1 Tbsp gelatin
• 1 c pineapple juice
• 34 c sugar
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
• 1 c raw cranberries ground
• 2 c oranges peeled and ground
• 1 c crushed pineapple drained
• 1 c chopped pecans

Directions

1. Dissolve cherry gelatin in hot water
2. Add sugar and lemon juice
3. Soak gelatin in pineapple juice and dissolve over hot water
4. Add to cherry gelatin mixture
5. When gelatin begins to thicken add other ingredients
6. Pour into molds
