Cranberry Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 19 oz pkg lemon cake mix
  • 1 3 oz pkg softened cream cheese
  • 34 c milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 14 c ground fresh cranberries drained
  • 12 c ground walnuts
  • 14 c granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp mace

Directions

  1. Beat 2 minutes the cake mix cream cheese and milk
  2. Mix in the eggs
  3. Combine
  4. Fold into batter the cranberries walnuts sugar and mace
  5. Pour into greased 10 x 4-inch tube or 12-cup Bundt pan Bake in 350 oven for 60 to 65 minutes
  6. Cool 20 minutes remove from pan
  7. Dust with confectioners sugar
  8. Yield
  9. one 10-inch cake
