Cranberry Cake

Ingredients

• 12 c butter
• 1 c sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 c golden raisins
• 12 c pecans chopped
• 1 12 c flour
• 14 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 12 tsp cloves
• 1 1 lb can whole cranberry sauce

Directions

1. Cream butter and sugar
2. Agg egg and beat well
3. Stir in raisins and pecans
4. Mix flour salt baking soda baking powder cinnamon and cloves together
5. Stir into first mixture
6. Add 1 can cranberry sauce except for 14 cup
7. Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan for 40 minutes at 350
