Cranberry Cake
Ingredients
- 12 c butter
- 1 c sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 c golden raisins
- 12 c pecans chopped
- 1 12 c flour
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 12 tsp cloves
- 1 1 lb can whole cranberry sauce
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar
- Agg egg and beat well
- Stir in raisins and pecans
- Mix flour salt baking soda baking powder cinnamon and cloves together
- Stir into first mixture
- Add 1 can cranberry sauce except for 14 cup
- Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan for 40 minutes at 350
