Cranberry Chutney
Ingredients
- 3 c fresh cranberries
- 1 c chopped dried apricots
- 12 c chopped dates
- 12 c chopped onion
- 12 c cider vinegar
- 12 c light corn syrup
- 34 c packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp grated orange peel
- 34 c orange juice
- 12 tsp dry mustard
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp ground ginger
Directions
- In saucepan combine all ingredients
- Bring to a boil
- Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes or until thickened and cranberries have popped
- Chill
- Serve as an accompaniment to turkey or pork
