Cranberry Chutney

Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh cranberries
- 1 c sugar
- 12 c brown sugar
- 12 c golden raisins
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 12 tsp ground ginger
- 12 tsp ground cloves
- 14 tsp ground allspice
- 1 c water
- 1 c chopped onion
- 1 c chopped cooking apples
- 12 c chopped celery
Directions
- Combine first 9 ingredients
- Cook over medium heat
- Stir until cranberries release
- Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer 15 minutes
- Chill
- Keeps about 2 weeks in refrigerator
