Cranberry Crunch

Ingredients

  • 4 c cranberries
  • 2 c sugar
  • 1 c pecans
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c flour
  • 14 c melted shortening
  • 12 c margarine

Directions

  1. Grease 10-inch quiche or pie plate
  2. Spread cranberries over bottom of dish
  3. Sprinkle with 1 cup sugar and pecans
  4. In small bowl at high speed beat eggs until frothy
  5. Add 1 cup sugar beat well at low speed
  6. Add flour shortening and margarine
  7. Pour batter over berries and nuts
  8. Bake 1 hour or until golden at 325
