Cranberry Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple in juice
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 8 oz pkg raspberry gelatin
- 1 16 oz can whole cranberry sauce
- 12 c chopped celery
- 1 small apple
Directions
- Drain pineapple
- Save juice
- In saucepan mix juice 12 cup water and lemon juice
- Heat to boiling remove from heat and add gelatin
- Stir well
- Break up cranberry sauce with fork
- Stir into gelatin mixture
- Refrigerate until mixture begins to gel Stir in pineapple celery and apple
- Pour into 4 cup mold
- Chill until firm
