Cranberry Fruit Tarts

Ingredients
- 1 can whole cranberries
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 c self-rising flour
- 14 c shortening
- 23 c milk
Directions
- Thicken cranberries with cornstarch
- Combine flour shortening and milk
- Roll out on floured surface
- Cut with 4-inch cutter Spoon 1 teaspoon of cranberries on each one
- Go around each with milk to seal edges
- Cover and seal with a fork to crimp
- Lightly grease sheet to bake
- Bake at 375 15 to 20 minutes
