Cranberry Fruit Tarts

Ingredients

  • 1 can whole cranberries
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 c self-rising flour
  • 14 c shortening
  • 23 c milk

Directions

  1. Thicken cranberries with cornstarch
  2. Combine flour shortening and milk
  3. Roll out on floured surface
  4. Cut with 4-inch cutter Spoon 1 teaspoon of cranberries on each one
  5. Go around each with milk to seal edges
  6. Cover and seal with a fork to crimp
  7. Lightly grease sheet to bake
  8. Bake at 375 15 to 20 minutes
