Cranberry Glaze For Pork

Ingredients

• 1 14 oz can whole cranberries
• 4 Tbsp orange juice
• 18 tsp salt
• 18 tsp cinnamon
• 2 tsp cornstarch

Directions

1. Combine cornstarch cinnamon and salt in small saucepan
2. Stir in orange juice and cranberries
3. Heat over medium heat stirring occasionally until thick
4. I use this glaze to baste my pork roast
5. The kids love the sweet but tangy taste
