Cranberry Glazed ChefS Prime

Ingredients
- 2 to 4 lb boneless pork rib end roast
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 18 tsp cinnamon
- 18 tsp salt
- 4 Tbsp orange juice
- 1 c 16 oz whole cranberry sauce
Directions
- Combine cornstarch cinnamon and salt in small saucepan
- Stir in orange juice and cranberry sauce
- Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened
- Set aside
